• "Guest" refers to a User who books accommodation through our Service.
• "Property" refers to any villa, room, apartment, or campsite listed on our platform.
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for accommodation.

3. Registration and Account

To make a booking, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

A booking is only confirmed when:

• You receive a confirmation email from us
• Payment is successfully processed
• All required information is provided

4.2 Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Tanzanian Shillings (TZS)
• We accept payment via credit card, mobile money, bank transfer, or cash
• A deposit may be required for certain bookings
• Full payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation

4.3 Taxes and Fees

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional fees may apply for:

• Extra guests beyond the stated occupancy
• Late check-out or early check-in
• Additional services requested
• Damage to property or excessive cleaning

5. Cancellation and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if:

• The property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
• We suspect fraud or misrepresentation
• The guest violates these terms

In such cases, we will provide a full refund and assist with alternative arrangements.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests agree to:

• Treat properties with care and respect
• Comply with all house rules
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy
• Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
• Not cause disturbance to neighbors
• Respect quiet hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Not bring pets without prior approval
• Not smoke in non-smoking areas

7. Property Use and Rules

7.1 Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request
• Guests must present valid ID at check-in

7.2 Property Rules

• Follow all posted safety instructions
• Use facilities and equipment responsibly
• Report any issues or damages immediately
• Conserve water and electricity
• Dispose of waste properly

7.3 Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, minus any charges for damages or rule violations.

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Our Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Personal injury, except where caused by our negligence
• Interruptions to services beyond our control
• Acts of nature or force majeure events

8.2 Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Their own safety and that of their guests
• Any damage caused to the property
• Obtaining adequate travel insurance
• Securing valuable items

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without authorization
• Scrape or collect data from our website

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
